Show trucks that haul for a living

In 2014, our truck “Silver Lining” won Best of Show in its class at the Mid-America Trucking Show in Louisville. It took five more awards that year:

  • Best Paint & Graphics
  • Best Interior
  • Best Lights
  • Best Use of Chrome
  • Best Engine

Our own shop, Route 66 Truck & Trailer in Afton, Oklahoma, does the repairs and the tank work.

A family company with company drivers

Ray Graves started hauling out of Anthony in 1968, and in 1976 bought Farmers Oil, the town’s Standard Oil dealer. His son Larry bought the company from him in 2000, when it ran about 30 trucks. It runs more than 100 now, from the same address on West Main.

Our drivers work for us, not as owner-operators. That’s what lets us send a truck outside our usual area when a customer needs one. We’ll also plan with you for the busy months and the slow ones, and help work out routes that make sense for your suppliers and customers.
