Drive for us
OTR work, mostly tankers in the Midwest, plus vans, reefers and Conestogas in the summer. Here’s what it pays, what the schedule looks like and how to apply.

Pay
You’re paid a percentage of each load’s revenue, and the percentage goes up the longer you stay. Paid weekly with per diem, by direct deposit.
Every tanker load you deliver adds a $30 pump fee on top.

Every new driver starts in Anthony, then rides with one of ours before running solo.
A week of orientation in Anthony
Company policies, DOT-required hazmat training and electronic logbook setup.
Three weeks with a veteran driver
You ride with an experienced Farmers Oil driver and load and unload both trailer types before running on your own.
No tank experience needed
You need hazmat and tanker endorsements, but we’d actually rather you hadn’t hauled tanks before. It’s easier to teach our way than to undo old habits.
